Linet Kiilu
I’m Linet, and I’m thrilled to participate in the Reading half marathon. This event presents an exciting opportunity for me to challenge myself, push my limits, and contribute to a great cause.
Shravani Palakurthi
Hello! My name is Shravani Palakurthi and for anyone that already knows me or has even seen me around the office would never have guessed that I’m an athletic person or that I would sign up to run a marathon (half one even). I used to play a lot of sports growing up and have realised I miss the competition and team spirit. So not only does taking part in this half marathon take me back to my childhood days but also takes me one step closer to achieving a more balanced lifestyle that I have been trying to achieve lately. I also love giving back to the society and this is my way of making a small contribution towards another good cause.

Nicky Howgego
I am running the Reading Half Marathon on 14th April 2024. I took up running 2 years ago so this is a big distance for me. I’m excited about doing it but think it’s going to be a once in a lifetime experience. Although who knows maybe I’ll get hooked!
Ollie Flounders
On 14th April I’ll be running my second half marathon in Reading, supporting Starting Point, a local charity who do fantastic work mentoring disadvantaged young people in the community. Please consider donating to my page to support if you can 🙂
