Presenting Perspectives – A collection of five short films, capturing the voice of young people from Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West, sharing their views and perspectives on their Transition to Adulthood. Funded by NHS SE Learning Disability and Autism Programme. See life through the lens of youngsters, many of who are neurodiverse or have a learning disability. The Community Safety Partnership Strategy
We are very proud to present the work we have recently done for the Reading Community Safety Partnership. A Starting Point Studio project, as part of our Alternative Provison for schools, we were asked to create the branding for the Reading Community Safety Partnership (CSP). Working with the young poeple, we created a logo that also referenced the Safer Streets initiative logo, but we highlighted the words IN COMMUNITY in the colour/layout. Starting Point Showcase
On Thursday 15th June Deloitte Reading generously hosted the first ever Starting Point Showcase celebrating our journey with young people over the last 11+ years. Partnering organisations, funders, collaborators, trustees, staff (past and present), volunteers, and even the High Sheriff of The Royal County of Berkshire dropped in to engage with our team and their displays communicating our programmes supporting young people. These include Mentoring, School and A&E Navigators, and Starting Point Studio where young people co-work on real-world creative media projects.
